The TAVO Next glides effortlessly over most terrains thanks to its leatherette handle. It's not the lightest stroller that we have but it's easier to lift up a flight than some of our competitors.
The Cybex Gazelle moves like a gazelle, even when it's loaded with up to three kids and groceries. The drawback is that it doesn't have the option of a second seat or child board for families with growing children.
1. TAVO Next
The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that is able to accommodate kids up to 50 pounds. It's spacious and the seat reclines and lays flat. It is easy to close and open, and comes with a the XXL canopy, which has peek-a-boo venting and a peek-aboo window. In 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness that features Magnetech Secure Snap, which allows for a simple and secure way to secure with one hand.
The TAVO is a great choice for parents who wish to save money. However it's not the ideal option if you need an adjustable or bassinet seat. It only faces one way and isn't able to accommodate a car seat or other accessories like the bassinet stand or rain cover, cup holder or child snack tray. The Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it ideal for parents who love to explore. It has a big storage basket and many attachments so parents can carry their groceries or even light shopping. It's a bit more expensive than other two in one prams, but it's worth the cost because the quality and performance are top-notch.
The stroller comes with a harness that can be pulled in one pull, making securing your child in the seat a breeze and comes with sun canopy with XXL removable panels as well as peek-a-boo windows. It comes with a tray for parents to store snacks, drinks and phones. The telescopic handlebar can be adjusted to suit the height of parents, and the brake is easy to access and safe for children to operate.
Our mom tester Sophie from London used this stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She found it very easy to maneuver and smooth on streets with cobbles, even when the ground was bumpy. A simple frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in functionality and a huge storage bin. It is one of the lightest double strollers available on the market. It weighs just 24 pounds. without attachments for infant car seats. This is very light for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista V2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't have a canopy built-in therefore your children will require their own sunshades in case they require additional protection from the elements.
Through our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It is able to navigate through most types of terrain, but it can be difficult with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. We do not recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.

The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score in both weight and size folded making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scores highly in maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents seeking a travel stroller that will fit in tight spaces. The Delta is a basic product that lacks some features that other strollers in our testing provide, such as a deep recline or large storage baskets. It's a great option for families on a tight budget or for those who only require a second stroller for occasional use such as for trips to the Zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a lightweight stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its short frame, with swivel wheels in the front and padded shoulder pad provide an easy ride. The multi-position reclining seats as well as parent cup holders allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.
It also comes with a large canopy that is European style that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as an all-around harness with five points for security.
